RBA 101 is an introduction to the Results-Based Accountability framework. It familiarizes participants with the core concepts and principles necessary for organizations and communities to effectively measure, track, and manage performance and impact over time.

Building on the foundational concepts of RBA 101, RBA 201 focuses on practical application. Participants learn how to operationalize the RBA framework directly within their own organizational or community context.

Strategize how to secure organizational commitment and buy-in for the RBA framework
Develop methods for institutionalizing RBA across the organization — integrating it into strategic management, budgeting, team meetings, and key decision-making activities
