our founderMeet Marcais Frazier
Marcais Frazier is an Atlanta native whose career has been defined by a single driving belief: that clear, intentional leadership creates measurable change in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.
With over a decade of experience in consulting, coaching, and facilitation, Marcais founded BlueNote Leadership to bring that belief to life — building an organization dedicated to developing strong leaders at every level. He is a certified transformational coach through the Coach Diversity Institute, a distinction credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, and has coached more than 200 national and international professionals, including CEOs, executive directors, program managers, government leaders, and consultants.
Marcais founded and led the development of the Results-Based Accountability Professional Certification, a learning platform designed to certify the knowledge and application of the RBA framework, and has consulted with and led RBA trainings for dozens of nonprofits and government agencies across the country.
His commitment to community runs deep. In 2013, he founded Ready for Tomorrow, a grassroots mentoring program supporting students in preparing for life after high school. A proud product of Atlanta, Marcais brings the city's spirit of hospitality, resilience, and purpose to everything he does, and hopes to play an integral role in shaping its next chapter.
